It is a kind of nozzles made of silicon carbide. It is often used in power plant desulphurization. It is a new type of high temperature resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion resistant nozzles. It is usually used in power generation, petrochemical, water pump, heat treatment industry and other industries. In order to adapt to different industries, we usually design SiC nozzle with different structure. Today we introduce some structure of SiC desulphurization nozzles.
1. Venturi nozzle is a kind of silicon carbide nozzle which is improved by cleaning efficiency of ordinary nozzle and is composed of venturi shaped throat and micro outlet conical nozzle.
2. combined structure nozzles, usually composed of different parts of the material by mechanical combination, different parts of different performance materials.
The 3. conical structure has better diversion effect.
4. cylindrical straight hole nozzles, with simple nozzle structure and nozzle function, are commonly used in low sand blasting occasions.
5. special types of nozzles are usually used in special occasions, and their structures are more complicated.
