It can guarantee the suitable coverage and the processing effect in the working process. The atomizing nozzles in power plants are usually connected to the mother tube of the slurry. The common methods are flange connection, spiraus connection, bonding connection and mechanical coupling connection.
1. flange connection
It is a kind of connection which is beneficial to absorb the slurry in the tower. In order to resist corrosion, the gasket, bolt and nut made of nickel alloy are used for flange connection.
2. thread connection
In the use of the mist eliminator, vacuum belt machine and flue gas humidification and cooling in the absorption tower, the nozzle has internal threads and there are external threads on the nozzle.
In most plant desulphurization plants, the absorption towers in the desulfurization and desulphurization processes are both flanged to work, and the nozzle can make the desulphurization process long life and not be corroded.
